Nick
Nick is a Level 2 engineer here at Vodigy. He specializes in learning new things quickly for business needs and handling escalations. This especially comes in handy when assisting clients experiencing repeat issues. Nick carefully assesses the situation and works hard to come up with a lasting solution. Nick also works closely with the Senior engineers to troubleshoot various issues but he usually leaves full data recovery to them.
Like everyone here at Vodigy, Nick provides a valuable set of skills to the team. One of the things that sets us apart is that we are constantly seeking out the latest knowledge and honing our skills all to provide our clients with the best experience possible. Nick is no different! He is currently working on learning more about back-ups with Veeam and data recovery.
When asked about his spare time, Nick insists he does not have any with two kids running around. Fortunately, he does find some peace of mind in Rubik’s cubes and almost always has at least four on his desk.
In his own words, Nick believes Vodigy’s greatest asset is our ‘ability to adapt to any situation and provide an actual fix’.
Ron
Ron is our Director of Sales and charisma at Vodigy. His client-centric approach to business and commitment to Service Excellence makes him an integral part of the Vodigy family.
In partnership with our consulting team, he says he has the good fortune to work with small and medium businesses to assist in reaching their technology goals. Not only does he bring solutions to the table but solutions that are tailored to each individual client and their specific challenges.
In his spare time, Ron likes to spend time with family, read, travel, volunteer, adjunct teach, and spend time outdoors. Also, word on the street is that he does a few celebrity impressions. As well, Ron is constantly striving to improve in all facets of life, both work-related and non.
