While it has been nice to see the sun on a regular basis, I think we can all agree it is time to turn down the heat-dial. As we brace for more record breaking temperatures here in Minnesota, take a moment to chill out with some of our cool staff here at Vodigy.

Carl
If you are calling into Vodigy for assistance, there is a good chance you’ll speak to Carl. He is a Service Desk Analyst and handles a lot of the day-to-day operations. He excels at helping clients with laptop and desktop related issues, especially when it comes to Microsoft Office related products. In the end, if another teammate specializes in a specific issue or Carl is not able to help, he will promptly get you to the correct place.
Like most of us here at Vodigy, Carl believes our ability to problem solve as a team is one of our biggest assets.
In his spare time, Carl enjoys mountain biking, cycling, swimming, and hiking. He also spent 2020 teaching English in Japan, which is a ton more than a lot of us accomplished last year!
Kody
Aside from our fearless leader, Kody has been at Vodigy the longest. His years of experience and commitment to Vodigy help to make him one of the most valuable members of our team.
As a Tier II Helpdesk Engineer, Kody strives to ensure each client feels included and heard throughout the entire process. He wants each client to feel like they are “…ultimately leaving with a positive experience overall and [answer] any questions they may have, while making it known their call is important and valuable to us.”
Kody has learned a lot over the years and takes on a lot of successful solo projects. Now he is working on developing those skills further to dive deeper into the well of project management.
When asked what he thinks Vodigy’s greatest asset is he replied, “I think the best thing is that we take care of issues ourselves and don’t forward things to overseas call centers”.
In his spare time Kody enjoys playing video games and hanging out with his dog.
