Suddenly we were thrown into the turmoil of a hybrid work environment, safety regulations, and lockdowns. While some may not have overcome the specific challenges of the pandemic, many companies and individuals thrived. It may have been hard to embrace the challenge at first but for many it was a worth while struggle.
